Loena pulls programs, projects, tasks, documentation, and meeting recordings into one workspace. It targets organisations that have been working with a patchwork of spreadsheets and group chats, where no single place shows the full state of a program.
A timeline with swimlanes lets schedules be dragged directly, while milestones and the today line keep cross-team overlaps visible. The My Work page sorts tasks into overdue, today, and this week.
The part that saves committees the most time is the AI report generator: it reads the wins, the running tasks, and the late ones, then drafts an accountability-format report. There are also OKRs with key results, and one-click import from Notion.
