Four things we take all the way to done

Not an everything list. These four are what our clients need most, and what we ship most.

  • Corporate websites

A profile site that earns trust before the first meeting. Fast to open, easy to maintain in house, and ready to be found on Google.

    • Custom design, never a template
    • Light enough for slow connections
    • SEO structure from day one
  • Web and mobile applications

Applications for real work: field data capture, organisation membership, online courses, and community marketplaces.

    • Workflow research comes first
    • Keeps working on weak signal
    • Full source code handover
  • Dashboards and reporting

Operational data from several units pulled into one screen you can actually make today's decisions from.

    • Merges separate data sources
    • Access rights per role
    • Meeting ready exports
  • E-commerce and catalogues

An online storefront wired into how you already sell, including ordering through WhatsApp.

    • Catalogue and stock
    • Local payment methods
    • Connected to operations

How we work

Four stages, no surprises halfway through

You know where the project stands every week, and exactly what you receive at the end.

  1. Understand first

We sit with your team, map the workflow you already run, and agree on what genuinely needs building.

  2. Design and agree

Structure, interface, and scope are signed off in writing before a line of code is written. Prices do not drift quietly.

  3. Build in increments

Small, frequent releases with a weekly demo. You correct course early, not after everything is already built.

  4. Hand over and support

Code, hosting accounts, and documentation become your company's property. We stay reachable after launch.

Technology

We pick tools to fit the problem, not the other way round

You do not need to understand this list. What matters: these are mainstream technologies another team could maintain if you ever change vendor.

Interface
React, Next.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS
Server and data
Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL
Business systems
Odoo ERP, Payment integrations, WhatsApp integration
Operations
Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Questions

What people ask us most before starting

What does a website or application cost?

It depends on scope. A corporate profile site is a very different job from an application with field data capture and several user roles. After one conversation we send a written proposal with scope, stages, and a fixed price.

How long does it take?

Corporate websites usually run 3 to 6 weeks. Applications and dashboards typically run 2 to 4 months, released in stages so you can start using the first part sooner.

Our data is still in spreadsheets and paper notebooks. Can it be moved?

Yes, and this is work we handle often. We clean up the data structure first, import what is worth importing, then let the rest fill in through the new application. We ask you to keep the old notebooks through the transition as a cross check.

Nobody on our team is technical. Is that a problem?

No. Most of our clients are not technical. Our job is to translate your business needs into technical decisions, then explain them back in plain language. Training is part of the scope.

Who owns the code and the data once the project is finished?

Your company does. On final payment, all source code, hosting accounts, and domains are transferred to your name. We do not hold access as contractual leverage.

What happens after launch?

There is a bug fix warranty period after release. After that you can take a monthly maintenance plan or call us as needed. There is no mandatory subscription.

Tell us the problem. We will help map the solution.

One 30 minute conversation, free and without obligation. You finish with a clear picture of scope and likely cost.
